Capture Services APIs allows customers to integrate all aspects of our On-Demand Capture Services platform into their own applications. This allows them the ability to directly create a modular user flow using the information they have about the property and orderer, as well as the data hooks to trigger notifications either from Matterport or by their own notification service.
Why does this exist? And for who?
Capture Services API enables a customer to ‘gray label’ our On-Demand services and incorporate them into their own workflows. This can provide deep integration into your company’s workflows for ordering scans and managing orders. This could also used by another service provider who now can resell Matterport Capture Services to provide coverage in hundreds of cities across the world.
